Step 1: Relief Phase

We will focus on your current and acute concerns. The goal of this phase is to decrease muscle spasm, inflammation and discomfort while starting to improve spinal mobility. Some of these acute conditions may include:

  • Back and Neck Pain
  • Headaches & Chinook Migraines
  • Sciatica
  • Sports Injuries
  • Postural Problems
  • Sinus Congestion
  • Digestive Problems (IBS)
  • Fatigue
  • Ear Infections
  • Allergies and Asthma
  • Chronic Health Conditions
  • Musculoskeletal Problems
  • …and more

Step 2: Corrective Phase

During this phase of care, we focus on correcting spinal misalignments or “subluxations” both globally (posture) and segmentally (individual vertebra). The goal is to get your muscles and nerves to remember the new position of your spine. Much like creating a new habit, we must repeat proper posture and alignment so that your body will make this new position your new normal position.

 Step 3: Vitality Care

The major benefits of this phase is that when your spine and nervous systems work better, your overall health will improve over time, and spinal degeneration will decrease. This is a great time to continue working on other 4 stress relievers:

  1. Proper Rest
  2. Exercise
  3. Good Nutrition
  4. Great Attitude
